These tokens are created to scam users funds. Scammers airdrop their tokens to curious wallet accounts that they have found from scanning through the blockchain explorer such as bscscan & ethscan to locate user wallet addresses.

After sending these tokens to the wallet addresses. The unsuspecting users will be curious to look for channels to sell these tokens & come across 3rd party DApps These DApps are built with malicious intent.

Do not think about selling on some Dapp. If you want to sell these tokens, you will need to provide the DApp with authorization to your wallet in order to gain access & interact with the DApp Upon providing authorization of your wallet to these malicious DApps, which means you have given consent for it to access your crypto funds. Then your assets will be stolen. Please beware and do not touch suspicious tokens.
